Operating on two campuses in Iowa, Clive Behavioral Health West opened in February 2021 with 100 inpatient beds for adult, child & adolescent patients experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis. Care at our new hospital focuses on crisis management, stabilization, and development of a plan to return to community living. Qualifications
PHP Outpatient Therapist
The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations of the Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient programs (IOP) including, but not limited to: administrative functions, utilization review, assessment, discharge planning, group/individual therapy, case management, and other duties related to delivering a successful program
Qualifications:
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in a psychiatric health care facility, outpatient mental health center, FQHC or other equivalent mental health setting with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills. Outpatient experience highly preferred. Combination of education, licensure and experience and/or student internship hours may be considered.
License: Must possess licensure in the State of Iowa as a t-LMHC, LMHC, LMSW or LISW.
Additional Requirements: CPR/BLS certification and Handle with Care. These certifications will be offered during New Hire Orientation if applicant does not currently hold.
Work Hours- Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
