Responsibilities
Center for Change is seeking a full-time or part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with the Center's team of medical professionals to provide psychiatric/medical care in our specialized programs for the treatment of eating disorders.

Center for Change is one of the premier eating disorder treatment facilities in the United States. The Center offers intensive inpatient programs as well as outpatient program services. The Center's programs are designed to provide the highest quality psychotherapy, medical support, and nutritional care in a compassionate environment. We offer comprehensive therapy and treatment programs focusing on healing the whole person mind, body, and spirit.
Salary/Wage: $100,000 to $150,000 Dependent on experience.This opening is flexible and can be employment or contract.
Qualifications
All staff are required to be fully COVID vaccinated (as defined by the CDC) or qualify for a medical/religious exemption under the CMS mandate.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's Degree in Nursing from recognized school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/APRN in the state of Utah
- Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Current National DEA Certificate
- Current malpractice insurance
