Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of all phases of telephone and telecommunication services
- Ability to handle light typing and clerical duties
- Knowledge of Computer Applications
- Positive guest relations demeanor
- Experience and workable knowledge of general office procedures
