It is Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year, and has an average of 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month. The hospital features a Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region’s only Total Joint Center.
Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California, is a 120 bed acute-care hospital with the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team (for children 14 and under) provided by board certified Rady Children’s emergency medicine physicians. Rancho Springs Hospital also provides the area's only OB/Emergency Department program, which gives expectant mothers 24/7 on-site access to OB/GYN physician coverage. The Childbirth Center at Rancho Springs Hospital is the largest in the region and features spacious family-friendly private suites. Rancho's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is operated by Rady Children’s.
Position Summary
The Recruitment/HR Coordinator provides daily support to the Human Resources Department/Recruitment Team by ensuring all recruitment and retention related initiatives are addressed in a professional and efficient manner, as well as general documentation, files, correspondence, and reports are accurate and are disseminated as appropriate in compliance with departmental procedure and State and Federal requirements. Provides clerical support to recruiters to facilitate interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding of qualified candidates. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining efficient and concise procedures for the Human Resources front desk operations
Qualifications
POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review new hire paperwork for completeness and follow-up with supervisor and or applicant to obtain required paperwork. Setup new hire file prior to employee hire date. Do New Hire Checklist to ensure all proper documentation has been completed.
- Assist in maintaining recruitment database of prospective applicants, and tracking of position control.
- Collect New hire paperwork and audit for completeness.
- Contacts new hire candidates to schedule on-boarding appointment, start date and training dates.
- Acts as the receptionist for the HR Offices. Screen office and telephone calls and route as appropriate. Meet and greet customers that present for various departments.
- Maintain office filing, ensuring all Human Resources files are kept current.
- Processes and maintains department invoices.
- Assists with creating badges and providing security access to assigned facilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
