SUMMARY: Directs and oversees the daily Business Development and Public Relations services, including but not limited to such areas as Occupational Medicine Department, Brand Management, and Public Relations. The Regional Director will build and maintain viable programs to enhance Riverside Medical Clinic’s image with community and employers with the intent to increase RMC’s business. Work closely with local employers in developing ongoing Occupational Medicine programs.
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of State of California Labor Code applicable to Workers’ Compensation or vocational rehabilitation, industry accepted practices, polices, and procedures for the operation of the workers’ compensation, and medical terminology. Knowledge of insurance regulations and medical plans. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree required in Healthcare or Business related field. Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years of verifiable experience in Business Development and Public Relations required.
