Job Description: Provides indirect patient care in the Emergency Department. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff. Implements directions from physicians and nursing staff.

Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- One (1) year experience in acute hospital setting or with ambulance service preferred.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Current AEMT-I or EMT-P Certification
- Basic arrhythmia course preferred
- Medical terminology preferred
- Nevada Phlebotomy Certification preferred
- Proof of Intravenous Skills through EMT I/P program with validation of skills upon hire prior to performing without supervision
