Job Overview:
Provides support to the Department and to the Clinical Managers for the Managerial aspects of specialized areas of practice within the Operating Room.
General Responsibilities:
- Manages Specific Service Line surgery schedule.
Orders and maintains Inventory as it pertains to the specific Service Line.
- Maintains and updates OR/Hospital protocols related to the Service Line.
Reports quality data to the Surgery Committee.
Knowledge of Surgical terminology equipment, materials, policies/procedures.
Knowledge of surgical procedures specific to service line;vascular/plastics.
- A strong clinical presence will be maintained.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- RN with Specific 3 years of Service line Experience.
- 3 years or more in specific Service Line experience.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required.
