As an Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for mobilizing teams and helping them achieve their goals, working together to drive strategic value on key initiatives for the company. You will engage with various partners at different levels of the organization to help prioritize the portfolio, manage changes and risks and improve transparency across all the teams. You will facilitate communication up, down, and sideways, and influence decision making for the projects. You will understand and promote SAFe practices and mindset to the benefit of all your partners. You’ll be working on some of the most important and foundational projects in the company, and have the opportunity to make a huge impact on UJET’s success. Requirements and Responsibilities
- 3 years experience leading cross-functional teams to take products to market and tracking success metrics
- Working closely with engineers, QA, product managers to deliver high-quality products and features through software project lifecycle
- Strong experience in agile/ lean practices and methodologies using Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
- Proficiency with Jira Agile and Confluence
- Help support teams in making sure the right tickets are brought into the sprint and pushed through to production when needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to cater content to the audience
- SAFe Agile certification / Lean Portfolio Management certification is a plus
- Austin location preferred
