THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: 

Ulta Beauty Information Systems Team is currently seeking a Support Analyst to work a flexible schedule for in their distribution center team in <>.  The Support Analyst will be a member of a talented, geographically dispersed support team.  This team member will provide technical support across a wide range of technologies for office and floor associates in ULTA’s fast-paced distribution center environment supporting end user hardware, software, RF and printer technologies.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH ALL THIS BY: 

• Gathers information to enable incident resolution and promptly escalates incidents as appropriate. 
• Assists with setting up, tuning and functional checks of scanners, printers and computers. 
• Monitors and performs requests for service, following agreed procedures. 

ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Emphasis on customer service
• Knowledge of how RF scanners and printers are used in distribution center
• Conceptual knowledge of how to connect wired and wireless network technologies 
• Ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners
• Ability to work flexible schedule – Familiarity with all shifts during training.  PEAK shift will be 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday and 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on Monday and Tuesday each week
