Ultimate LLC is looking to hire Journeyman Electricians for commercial projects in the Kansas City, KS area. The pay range of a Journeyman Electrician is $28-$37 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Journeyman Electrician applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared to work 40 hours a week. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all journeyman electricians with no week in the hole. 

Ultimate LLC Journeyman Electrician Responsibilities 

Electricians are responsible for performing electrical wiring duties in a jobsite setting with relatively little supervision. This position will read blueprints, install switchgear, distribution panels, transformers, and other electrical gear: and perform other electrical duties related to general construction operations. 
 

• Install and repair electrical wirings, systems, and fixtures in buildings 

• Utilize hand and hydraulic benders to bend conduit ¾"-1” 

• Install conduit and pipes for wires and cables 

• Ensure piping complies with code 

• Make proper repairs and corrections 

• Test electrical components to ensure proper installation 

• Operate proper hand tools 

• Use ladders and scaffolding when necessary 

• Must have OSHA10

Ultimate Journeyman Electrician requirements 

• 4 years of Electrician experience 

• 18 years of age 

• Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance 

• Math, problem solving, and construction skills
