Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and healthy.
Responsibilities:
- Prep lawn equipment, trucks and trailers
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Trim trees, hedges, and shrubs to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing
- Sharpen blades, keep trucks stocked with inventory
- Operate Exmark zero turn and walk behind mowers, weed whips, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers etc.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, mulching, and watering
- Operate hand tools and power equipment effectively
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field
- Experience operating zero turns and walk behind mowers, weed whips, edgers, hedge trimmers, back pack blowers.
- Driving and backing up trucks and trailers
- Ability to operate and maintain various hand tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
