Collections Representative

Location : West St. Louis County - On-Site Only

Status : Contract to Hire

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm

Compensation : $17 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

• Inbound / Outbound Calls : Manage a high volume of calls to assist with account resolutions.
• Correspondence Handling : Respond to various types of communication regarding account status.
• Professional Judgment : Utilize your expertise to set and negotiate payment standards and plans.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : Previous experience in consumer or B2B collections is a plus, but we welcome all skill levels.
• Skills : Strong organizational and computer skills with high attention to detail.
• Work Environment : Must be comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
