Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads, develop relationships, and achieve sales goals.
- Oversee all branch operations to ensure customer satisfaction, adherence to company policies, and safety regulations.
- Lead, coach, train, and supervise staff to achieve performance goals.
- Manage expenses to meet budget targets.
- Develop and deliver presentations highlighting company services.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff.
- Perform administrative duties like timesheet approval, paperwork preparation, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the transportation or related industry (operations or sales preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to set priorities, make decisions, and adapt to changing demands.
- P&L management experience and budgeting skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service.
