Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for customer satisfaction? Our client in Nashua, NH is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with cross-functional department operations including, presenting key information to internal and external stakeholders, and drive team development to ensure exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Do :
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and elevate customer satisfaction levels
- Compile and present reports, trends, and insights to both internal teams and external clients
- Provide oversight to customer service operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering team growth and development
What You'll Need :
- 3 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record in management roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP software systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required
Additional Information :
- Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
- Direct Hire position with comprehensive benefits package
- Location : Nashua, NH (100% onsite)
