We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client's team in Manchester, NH. The HR Manager will play a critical role in managing our human resources functions, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Location: Manchester, NH (100% onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback, and career development plans.
- Identify training needs and create, implement, and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Collect and analyze HR data to make informed decisions and provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a motivated and productive workforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
