As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all phases of assigned projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass inspecting the initial loss, drafting detailed estimates, managing work crews, and finalizing invoices. You will ensure each project is handled comprehensively, covering both mitigation and repair aspects, ensuring high-quality results from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect initial losses to assess damage and determine the scope of work required.
- Develop and write accurate and detailed estimates for repairs and mitigation efforts.
- Manage and coordinate work crews to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Oversee both mitigation and repair processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Finalize and submit invoices upon project completion, ensuring all work is accounted for and properly documented.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, crew members, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all projects are completed within established timelines and budgets while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction, restoration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of loss assessment, estimating, and job costing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage work crews and liaise with clients.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
