Job Title: Sales Rep Supervisor

Position Summary:

• Perform all duties independently to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, offer expert product recommendations, and demonstrate to customers how products operate. 
• Learn about different products and accessories to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Contribute to our company’s positive culture by upholding a supportive, team-oriented environment 
• Stay up-to-date on the latest products and customer service training
• Answer support calls from Sales Reps and offer support for questions during day to day operations
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and customer service
• Deconflict scheduling issues for Sales Reps
• Provide training and guidance to Sales Reps
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Details:

• FULL TIME - 38 HOURS PER WEEK
• Starting Pay: $12.50 - $18 per hour

Work Schedule:

Store hours are between 11am and 7pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 10am to 8pm and Sunday from 12pm - 4pm.  You will be scheduled in shifts between those hours.

MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS.

• Must meet the legal age requirement for handling and selling age restricted products according to local regulations.
