Job Description
Leading Financial Services organization in Newport Beach is in need of a Benefits Specialist on a long term basis- thru Q1 2025 or longer. This position provides Benefits support to multiple states and Canada. This is a full time contract opportunity. Hybrid 3 days in office in Newport Beach.
Administers and maintains company benefits programs. Provides assistance and functions as a liaison between vendors and associates and advises on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters. Compiles and maintains benefits records and documents to ensure quality, accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality and completeness. Will be the main point of contact for open enrollment. Must have multi state experience and support to over 200 plus employees.
Must have Paylocity, or Paycom knowledge
Must have solid MS Office knowledge
HR Generalist experience is a plus.
This position will pay $37.00-$40.00 an hour.
