Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $22
Location: Rancho Bernardo
Duration: Temporary to hire, looking to grow our team!
Schedule: Mon - Friday 7am - 4pm
We are growing our Customer Service team and looking for somewhere with strong communication skills to join our team! This is an over the phone Customer Service position, to be successful you must have strong technical skills to navigate our CRM and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls regarding products and orders
Outbound calls to existing customers utilizing products to offer updates and help
Follow up emails as needed
Potentially support chat team as needed
Requirements:
Previous Call Center CSR experience preferred, will consider face to face Customer Service too
Strong communication skills
Intermediate technical skills, ability to navigate a CRM system
High School Diploma or equivalent
