Woodland Hills CA
$22 Hourly
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Receives incoming calls through phone queues involving different issues from Clients
Enters data in system based on calls taken and updating client information.
Anticipates our customers/caller's needs and have empathy to sensitive topics
Utilizes standardized processes, tools regarding members claim related issues.
Maintain client confidentiality
Ability to work independently in the resolution of telephonic issues.
Handles designated assignments and prioritize work in order to maintain workflow.
