Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is assisting a company in the North Houston area to find a Client Service Representative to join their growing team.
Position Overview:
- Temporary-to-hire
- IN OFFICE, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Pay : $17/HR - $19/HR
- Company offers comprehensive benefits package once permanent
Job Duties:
- Manage all customer orders including updates, inputting customer information, providing shipping information, sending invoices, updating orders, and more
- Administrative duties such as data entry of customer information, updating purchase orders, checking email
- Serve as liaison between the customer and company/customer service department
Qualifications:
- 2 years of recent customer service experience in an office setting
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to starting
