Job Description
Position Title: Compensation and Benefits Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on federal and state labor laws, ensuring timely compliance across all locations.
- Fulfill Sharepoint report requests accurately and promptly.
- Efficiently manage Workday tickets, resolving issues for seamless platform operation.
- Oversee billing processes, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Meticulously handle data entry for COBRA and other compensation systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with PeopleOps systems, preferably Workday.
- Knowledge of labor law compliance and hands-on experience with labor law posters.
- Proficiency in Sharepoint and report generation.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in billing within the compensation and benefits domain.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of PeopleOps experience.
Additional Info:
- Pay range: $24-30/hour DOE
- Schedule: M-F, 8 am-5 pm (flexible).
- Location: Remote, with potential for occasional in-office work in Eagan; MN residents only
