Job Description
The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by managing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and coordinating with other departments to deliver solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Location: Folsom, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00-25.00 hourly
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Work closely with the sales, logistics, and product teams to address customer needs and provide seamless service.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in sales preferred!
