Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Customer Sales Support Specialist for a medical manufacturing organization located in the West St. Louis County area. Ideal candidates will have experience with Order Entry and Sales Support.

Schedule: Mon - Fri, Days

Compensation: $20-22/hr based on experience

Position Summary:

The Customer Sales Support Specialist acts as the intermediary between our company, its clients, and our sales team throughout the United States. This role primarily involves receiving and processing orders from both the sales team and customers, entering them into our order processing system. Additionally, the Customer Service team plays a key role in expediting the pick, pack, and shipping processes from our St. Louis Office. Communication primarily occurs via email and phone.

Responsibilities:

· Process customer orders promptly and efficiently via email and phone communications with both customers and the sales team.

· Provide updates on order status, inventory availability, pricing, and shipping details to customers and the sales field.

· Collaborate with sales, management, other departments, and external partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.

· Address sales and customer inquiries and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

· Organize and streamline operational tasks to minimize errors and enhance efficiency.

· Maintain the accuracy of order processing and inventory systems, updating procedures as needed.

· Ensure the internal sales team has sufficient inventory levels and replenish as requested.

· Deliver exceptional customer support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Manage inventory and conduct monthly reconciliation.

· Perform additional sales support and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

· 2 years of experience in sales support and/or customer service.

· 2 years of experience in order processing.

· Proven track record of success in providing support to both internal and external customers.

· High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

· Experience with clinical organizations and government-sponsored health care programs is advantageous.

· Proficient computer skills with the ability to adapt to new systems and leverage technology for increased productivity.

· Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
