Customer Coordinator $20-$22/hr
Must be local to Denver
M-F 8am to 5pm
Direct Hire role w/ benefits
The primary focus of this position will be to provide amazing customer service to our warranty customers. Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for all incoming customer correspondence.
- Acts as contact for customers and liaison between customers and company operations.
- Strives to meet or exceed service and operational goals established for productivity, quality, and timeliness.
- Works to understand a customer's needs, issues and requests.
- Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by working to resolve all customer issues.
- Communicates and coordinates with team members to set up appointments and assist with any follow up scheduling.
- Initiates outbound calls to customers to ensure resolution of issues, customer satisfaction and to build loyalty.
- Provides information and education to customers regarding warranty service options and any other questions that arise.
You Have:
- Experience providing business support in a busy environment.
- Experience of data input ensuring accuracy, and where appropriate, confidentiality.
- Strong communication and customer service experience; preferably in homebuilding or related industry.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both in person, via phone, and chat.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- High school diploma or GED required plus two (2) year's customer service scheduling and / or residential warranty experience.
