Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries via Zendesk, ensuring prompt and careful handling of order-related information, addressing product queries, and appropriately managing complaints and concerns.
- Handling customer service phone calls, providing order details, processing orders and payments, and assisting with website and product inquiries.
- Tracking orders and liaising with carriers for smooth delivery.
- Managing return processes, including providing shipping labels, receiving returned items, and issuing refunds.
- Utilizing various software and systems to document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborating with the team and management to identify and address potential improvements, recurring issues, trends, etc.
- Assisting with general customer service tasks.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with dogs, as managers bring their pets to the office daily.
- Preferably, previous office experience, particularly in phone and email customer service.
- Flexibility in handling various job responsibilities, as teamwork is essential in a small office environment.
- Previous experience in e-commerce customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with SAP or Zendesk is advantageous, although training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Capability to grasp, retain, and convey product knowledge effectively.
- Proficiency in solution-oriented problem-solving
Additional Info:
- Pay: $20-$22/hr
- Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday
- Location: In-office
