Job Description
General DescriptionOur Client is seeking a skilled IT Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, including PCs, APs, Wi-Fi networks, routers, cameras, Windows, imaging, and Mac systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Configure, install, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Design, implement, and maintain network cabling and connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras and surveillance systems.
- Perform system imaging and deployment.
- Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions.
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT technologies and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software, including Windows operating systems.
- Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
- Understanding of IP camera systems and network video recording.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Empathy and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience with Windows OS.
- Certifications in network administration.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems.
