Job Description
We are currently partnered with one of the Nation's top workers compensation law firms who are accustomed to represent a diverse clientele, from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies that Span the globe. Whose mission adheres of superb legal service. We are currently looking for a full-time legal secretary.
- Position: Legal Secretary
- Legal Secretary Location: Palm Beach Gardens
Legal Secretary Essential Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintain files; Draft, proofread, and file or send legal documents, such as motions and correspondence to clients and outside parties.
- Answer calls; Manage client communications.
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining lawyers' calendars to include scheduling appointments, making photocopies, and compiling complex documentation.
- Experience using dictation and transcription software (must type at least 50 works per minute);
- Experience working with multiple lawyers simultaneously.
- Must have knowledge and experience with Microsoft to include Outlook for scheduling purposes.
Legal Secretary Details:
- Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
- $20-$23.50/hr.
