Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Production Manager to join our clients company located in the Milford CT area. This is a full time onsite direct placement role for candidates with 5 years in manufacturing leadership.
Salary range $95,000-$107,500 plus incentives for production and safety goals
This is a fully onsite role
Full time 8a-5p Monday through Friday
Direct placement with wonderful benefits, PTO and retirement
What skills and experience is required?
- Leading skilled manufacturing teams of 40
- Experience with CNC programming, machining, Lathes, Mills, and similar
- Lean Principles
- Scheduling and planning
- Machine maintenance
- Ability to communicate with senior leaders and clients as needed
- Data entry, report generation, and general PC utilization
- 4 year college degree
- Consistent work history as a manufacturing leader
