Job Description
Construction company seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their team. Seeking a candidate with general knowledge of the commercial construction industry willing to be a strong team player and maintain organization in processes and support.
- Meeting arrangements, progress tracking, and documentation.
- Create job files and process subcontracts
- Complete data entry into software programs (Proprietary subcontractor tracking software, Procore, and Smartbid)
- Create plan lists, distribute plans to project team, and post plans to Procore
- Create, distribute, and process meeting notes, plan change notifications, RFI's, and Submittals
- Collect and assemble close out documents
- Assist the project management team with monthly Owner Billings and Lien Releases
- Create reimbursable invoices & follow up on accounts receivable
- Develop and process a Notice of Completion
