Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process to fill positions across our warehouse, customer service, office, and sales teams.
- Source, maintain candidate pipelines, pursue referrals, and develop valuable contacts to recruit both active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine talent needs, job responsibilities, qualifications, and required skills.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' alignment with job requirements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other organizations to attract talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to local job fairs and university recruitment events several times a year.
Additional Info:
- Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, between 7 am to 5 pm, averaging 40-45 hours per week (salaried position).
- Location: 100% onsite in Hudson.
- Position type: Direct hire.
