Sales Representative - Roofing

Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Perform roof inspections and accurately communicate findings with customers.
* Communicate the value of our work and build customer confidence.
* Prepare and send accurate quotes.
* Follow-up calls.
* Accurately navigate and enter job details in our CRM software system.
* Assist customers with their decision-making process regarding materials for the project.
* Ensure scheduling and materials for projects are accurate and timely.
* Ensure control of projects by managing priorities, conflicts, and risks.
* Effectively communicate with subcontractors, homeowners, and office staff.
* Balance the demands of concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of diplomacy.
* Perform related duties as assigned by the Owner or Manager.

Qualifications:
* Valid Driver's License is required.
* Clean driving record is required.
* Lifting materials required.
* Previous experience in sales, estimating, and customer service.
* Residential roofing experience is preferred but not required.
* Basic math skills required.
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers, subcontractors, and office staff.
* Must be able to build rapport with customers and close the sale.
* Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
* Ability to work with a team.
* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
* Must maintain regular, punctual attendance.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Show initiative and think proactively.
* Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the business.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
