Job Title: Business Development Representative
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth by selling property management services to local LIHTC properties in the Denver area. This position will involve prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with marketing content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential LIHTC properties in the Denver area that could benefit from our property management services.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and networking, to engage with property owners and decision-makers.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.
- Assist with marketing content creation, including social media posts, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Contribute ideas and insights to marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of proven sales experience in the property management industry, or related fields
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver results.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also thriving in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
