What's needed for this role?

· Provide expertise and guidance to all levels of management in the following areas: recruitment, compensation analysis, ADA compliance, leadership training, workplace investigations, organizational development, benefits administration, and complex employee relations.

· Collaborate with the program's leadership team on important HR issues and help develop strategies for the organization.

· Actively integrate the business strategy with people management strategies.

· Act as the link between HR and the business, advising and supporting managers on strategic and employee issues and helping implement high-performing, integrated HR practices.

?Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related field

· 7 years of hands-on experience in related HR field

· Professional HR certification: PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR (preferred)

· Comfortable being the go-to person for anything HR-related

· Experience conducting workplace investigations and providing leadership training and support

· Extensive knowledge of relevant employment laws in Massachusetts

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to make formal presentations on HR-related topics

· Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality

Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
