Job Description
We are sourcing for a Supply Chain professional/Logistics Coordinator for a midsized company on their Logistics Team. The position is a Direct Hire, onsite in Costa Mesa, CA. Pay is up to $85K DOE.
Job Duties are including, but not limited to:
- Oversee all aspects of logistics, including sourcing and procurement of materials and supplier, pricing, contracts, pull point strategies.
- Create and retain clear and organized records of market analysis, delivery information, price sheets, and other supply chain functions.
- Direct and coordinate supply chain functions.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
- Maintain contact and relationships with national vendors.
- Collaborate with various departments, including accounting and marketing, to ensure accurate cross checking of pricing, delivery information, and invoicing procedures.
This role has a variable schedule including morning and afternoon shifts Monday through Friday. Additionally, this role requires occasional availability to be on-call to respond to carriers/customer inquiries overnight/once a month on the weekends.
