Automated Electronics Assembly Specialist

**Position Overview**

This role focuses on the operation of automated equipment used for the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Responsibilities include managing programs, loading solder stencils, and ensuring the equipment is well-maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Retrieve and prepare components as per the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Verify component details to ensure accuracy.
• Load and replenish necessary components into the machines as required.
• Detect and address defects in the assembly process proactively.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to minimize defects and enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  
  

**Qualifications**

• **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• **Experience:**
• 2-5 years of relevant machine operation experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic component identification is beneficial.
• Experience in PCB assembly and soldering is an advantage.
