- Respond to email inquiries and address customer concerns promptly.
- Handle customer service inquiries and issues over the phone.
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
- Refer customers to appropriate resources for further assistance when necessary.
- Maintain records of recurring issues for continuous improvement.
- Ability to navigate computerized systems efficiently.
- Limited knowledge of the organization, products, and services.
- Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Option 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST.
- Option 2: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST.
- No mandatory overtime.
- This role is based 100% onsite at the Cranberry office.
- This is currently a temporary position.
