Description of day to day tasks:
Client & Project Management - 75% of time
· Manage day-to-day communication with corporate and/or franchise clients to foster and maintain positive relationships.
· Apply acquired knowledge of key client requirements and needs including brand guidelines and marketing goals to all projects.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met.
· Manage projects with vendor partners to ensure client materials are produced cost efficiently at the highest standard possible.
· Communicate with internal teams and vendor partners to provide timing and estimates for materials, promotional kits and shipping.
· Effectively prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines and client needs.
· Review and proof materials to ensure quality and accuracy before final products are produced and distributed to the client.
Data Management and Reporting - 20%
· Create and distribute invoices and purchase orders for all materials in a timely manner.
· Accurately and routinely maintain project and sales reports.
· Review and provide tracking reports of all orders and projects to ensure client receipt and satisfaction.
· Acquire, manage, and provide accurate ship lists and/or packing slips to warehouse team for all outgoing materials.
Strategic Planning - 5%
· Develop a high-level understanding of client demographics, marketing strategies, brand values and mission.
· Proactively identify new or trending marketing tactics to grow business opportunities with existing clients.
· Research and provide recommendations for new campaigns to increase client brand awareness, traffic and sales.
Potential Candidates Must Meet These General Requirements:
- 2 Years of account coordination/management experience specific to marketing in the Retail/Restaurant/Hospitality Industry
- Solid day-to-day experience with Customer Service, Vendor/Supplier Management and Print Production as key areas of competency
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines, priorities and budgets day to day for all projects.
- Fluent in MS Office Suite: Outlook; Word; Excel; PowerPoint
- High School Diploma or higher
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
- Agency or restaurant/retail management experience is a plus
- Hilarious meme skills preferred – a great sense of humor will take you far
