*HYBRID SCHEDULE - MUST RESIDE IN WA STATE AND COMMUTE TO FEDERAL WAY OFFICE AS NEEDED*
Job Purpose
Responsible for credit, equipment and underwriting decisions within assigned limits and consistent with the policies and programs of Financial Pacific Leasing and the Financial Pacific Credit Department. Provides assistance and support to Credit team members to ensure that timely, efficient and courteous service is provided to all vendors, lessees and brokers of Financial Pacific. Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make and communicate credit decisions and documentation requirements within assigned limits and consistent with FPC Credit Policy on lease applications, assignments and NPA contracts as requested.
- Make decisions within the assigned limits and FPL policy on the quality, future value and eligibility of equipment proposed for lease.
- Demonstrates the ability to perform cash flow and yield analysis as necessary.
- Confirm the accurate entry of credit related data into the FPL credit scoring platform.
- Review and edit all credit applications to increase accuracy and efficiency, as needed.
- Review credits above assigned limit and make recommendations to an appropriate signing authority.
- Make recommendations to management for improvements in department policies, procedures and reports. Assist management in developing and implementing improvements.
- Attend meetings and participate in and complete all departmental and companywide training.
- Support and promote the company mission, culture and activities and act as an advocate for the group to the company.
- Provide highest level of Customer Service to all lessees, vendors, brokers and fellow associates.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and applicant information.
- Demonstrates compliance in assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities. Takes personal initiative following all policies and procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, compliance regulations, and completes all required and job-specific training. Raises and/or addresses compliance issues for evaluation, investigation and resolution.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all Financial Pacific Leasing managers, associates, brokers and vendors.
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting or other business-related field of study is required or 5 years of leasing experience in an equipment finance company.
