The company also happens to be an 85 person law firm. However, do not mistake it for a run of the mill attorneys. The CEO is an entrepreneur, certified life coach, and leader of people long before his exemplify any attorney-like qualities. He has an tremendous vision for this firm, my firm, which I started from scratch on my credit card, and now he must surround himself with incredible people. That has the ability to think, speak and act quickly, with insight and a purpose, is absolutely essential. We are seeking brilliant leaders with ambition, confidence, poise, intensity, the ability to laugh at himself or herself, and to be a true leader without ego.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. This person needs to be a go-getter, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
Outbound calling, research, ideas to merge eco-systems and any other marketing ideas to reach upper level executives and decision makers to set appointment
Meet and exceed sales targets. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications
2 years of sales experience
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong verbal communication skills
