Job Summary:
We are seeking a Returns Coordinator II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing returns, restocking inventory, and ensuring cross-departmental communications are handled. This role will work under the supervision of the Customer Experience Manager and closely with our Customer Experience, Warehouse, Inventory, and Fulfillment teams. This is an active job that requires moderate labor and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work independently and in a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing returns (RMA), track customer returns, and provide information internally and externally.
- Respond to questions from team members about returns and shipping concerns and collaborate on resolutions for customers.
- Monitor and analyze return flows using the Loop system, ensuring returns are appropriately blocked and flows are effective in identifying abuse patterns.
- Develop and maintain a process for filing claims with shipping carriers for lost packages, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as returns processing time within the SLA of 5-7 business days.
- Quickly learn and expertly operate new tools and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
Education and Experience:
- High-school diploma required.
- Training on the daily tasks will be provided as well as documentation on role responsibilities and processes.
- Minimal customer service tasks required.
