Capture Manager
Washington D.C. Metro(remote)
- Lead shaping of pre-proposal activities, orchestrate capture during proposals, and manage post-submittal tasks
- Design, organize, and manage strategies to win medium to large government contracts
- Assess new federal business opportunities and make bid/no-bid decisions
- Create winning proposal strategies including solution development, competitive assessments, teaming, and pricing
- Track capture performance to budgets and schedules
- Leverage industry trends and best practices to secure new government contracts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; 8 years health IT / federal consulting experience
- 3 years specialized federal capture management experience
- Shipley or industry-standard certification desired
- Experience with CMS, CDC, NIH, FDA procurement
Salary Range:
$140,000 -180,000 per year
