The Program Manager will monitor all aspects of their projects to improve performance across cost, schedule, safety, and quality. This position is located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA. You will be assisting the Corporate Communications Division.
Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of program management experience.
- Minimum five (5) years involving communication programs.
- Proven ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute assignments independently within the scope of the contract.
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction.
- Knowledge of communication functions associated with the contract and workload management. ·
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have a current SECRET security clearance in the Defense Industrial Security System (DISS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong management/supervisory experience.
- This position requires a background investigation.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
- 10 years minimum experience in program management.
- 1-year minimum experience on Military projects; preferably the Navy.
