Front Sales Associate

Uniforms2Gear is looking to hire an outgoing, personable, Front Sales Associate. Sales experience and experience with apparel is welcome, but being coachable and willing to learn will be of great benefit. Uniforms2Gear is an Idaho family-owned business that has been providing uniforms and equipment for public safety professionals such as Law Enforcement and Firefighters since 2000. It's our goal and motto to "Serve Those who Protect and Serve".

Uniforms2Gear has built a very good reputation through customer service and a believed principle that every customer we help is the reason that we are in business. To be an effective member of our small team, we are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers are well taken care of. Product knowledge and sales experience develop over time, but an eagerness to ensure that all customers leave satisfied is paramount to success; not just for you, but for everyone. We are very patient in training and encourage asking as many questions as possible, so don't be afraid to apply and learn something new!

This position will include the following responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and taking customer's orders.
• Assisting customer's who walk into our store.
• Reaching out to customers via phone and email.
• Being able to assist in other areas when needed to ensure that customer's orders are able to process quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (Preferred)
