Location of the job: Jonesboro, AR
Hours are 12 hr 6pm to 6am, 2/2/3 schedule
Background & Purpose of the Job:
WCM Trainer is responsible for executing safe operations through all training requirements to deliver business KPI’s. Also, adhering to quality standards and maximizing cost effectiveness, optimal running, and equipment efficiency by developing employees’ skills.The Trainer will diligently follow the established standards of production delivery and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Trainer is responsible for executing safe operations through all training requirements to deliver business KPI’s.
- Master in building the skills others that are needed to provide factory resilience.
- Revaluate trained employees twice a year per year on the required skills needed to ensure we are achieving the site goals.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Work experience within a production/manufacturing environment is required.
- Demonstrated work experience in training others
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
- IT Skills – competent in the use of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and SAP programs is preferred.
