Auto Parts Inside Sales
****MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE PARTS EXPERIENCE****
Summary:
Our Commercial sales people are responsible for utilizing an abundance of resources to acquire products that meet our commercial customers’ needs correctly and in a timely manner. They are also responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service, and maintaining expert knowledge on parts. Pay is dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls from Commercial Customers seeking to purchase automotive parts
Responsible for supporting Commercial accounts by acquiring parts, providing follow ups, and working with store personnel to ensure timely service delivery
Respond to customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain records and process returns for Commercial customers
Assist with resolving returns, invoice and additional billing related issues
Assist with sales and information calls to existing and potential Commercial customers
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair
1-3 years of experience working with Commercial Customers in the Auto industry preferred
Excellent communication skills, decision making abilities, and excellent selling skills
Windows computer skills a must
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs
Ability to work independently or with team members on joint projects
Ability to effectively manage change in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications are a plus
