Promotes a harmonious work environment, maintaining a positive attitude with both staff and members. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to work in various capacities within the Fitness Center. Contributes to daily operations, including assisting with fitness programs, member retention, safety, and overall maintenance of the Fitness Center and equipment. Qualifications: Bachelor#s degree in exercise science, health, physical education, or recreation Ability to organize and instruct exercise programs. Minimum one year of fitness facility working experience. License/Certification: ACSM or ACE certification needed within six months of hire date. BLS CPR certification required.
