Hiring a front office medical secretary who is a friendly, energetic, and organized individual in the position of Patient Care Representative for our Johnstown location. Our candidate must have great customer service and phone skills, be proficient with computers, and be able to multitask. The ideal candidate would have medical office experience and knowledge of medical insurance. Competitive salary with benefits offered.

**Will discuss the hourly rate in the hiring process**

Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties required for general office operations
  • Create an overall pleasant experience for patients while at our office
  • Act as a liaison for practitioners in your office
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Complete patient registration including verifying insurance, medical documents, summary notes, etc.
  • Maintain office schedule of appointments

Job Type: Full-time
