The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Oversee all Regulatory, Safety Compliance, and Restricted Substance Activities ,
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory, safety and ISO requirements
- Manage ISO 9001 : 2015 program and all associated activity.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance and Safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in project management processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in compliance standards
- Prepare reports and documentation related to compliance activities
Manage special projects upon the request of supervisor.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemistry or Compliance Sciences)
- Proven experience in compliance, quality assurance, safety or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements and industry standards
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
