Job Description

As a Marketing Associate you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating design, production, and distribution of collateral for events and campaigns that aligns with the brand.

Developing and submitting copy for marketing collateral. This may include designing and producing flyers, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials as needed.

You will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, community events, and product launches. Your role will involve managing all aspects of event logistics, from vendor selection and management to budgeting and on-site coordination.

In this role you are expected to utilize various platforms to attract customer interest, increase brand awareness, and analyze market trends, sales, and marketing metrics. Develop and implement strategies to engage customers effectively, building relationships and promoting brand loyalty. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving sales and marketing efforts, including pricing strategies, to drive business growth and increase market share. Stay updated with current trends and technologies to enhance marketing efforts and reach a wider audience.

This role requires moderate travel to different regions or markets to support field marketing efforts.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute and track campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, community events, and product launches.
• Coordinating and facilitating design, production, and distribution of collateral that align with the brand.
• Coordinate field marketing efforts, including grassroots marketing campaigns and local events.
• Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring all expenditures are within budget and aligned with marketing goals.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but career experience will be considered in lieu of education
• Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a marketing or related role.
• Strong grammar and punctuation skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and analysis.
• Willingness to travel to event locations as needed.
